Sukruthi Charitable Trust has received approval under Section 12A(1)(ac)(iii) of the Income Tax Act 1961 with approval number ABBTS8660G23BL01 on 2nd Aug 2023 for the duration AY 2022-23 to AY 2026-27. All donations made to Sukruthi Charitable Trust are tax exempt under Section 80G(5)(iii) of the Income Tax Act 1961 with approval number ABBTS8660G23BL02 on 2nd Aug 2023 for the duration AY 2022-23 to AY 2026-27.

As per the rules of the Indian Income Tax department, a donor is required to share their full residential address and PAN number if they wish to receive the 80G tax exemption certificate.
